Returns Policy - No Exceptions

The easiest way to resolve defective or damaged prints is to take a few photos of the faults and email them to studio(at)canvasdesign.co.uk along with your name and order ID.

You may need to send the Products back to Canvasdesign within 14 days of receipt by you as long as you report the problem within 24 hours of noticing any issues. It is the customers responsibility to return the canvas to us in order for us to conduct a thorough investigation to the reported issues. It is also the customers responsibility to ensure the photos and files that are uploaded are of good enough quality for the final print.

If we find that the products are defective as a result of our workmanship, we will issue a full refund to you. In the event that you return any Products to Canvasdesign in accordance with this section and Canvasdesign can demonstrate that they were not faulty when received by you, Canvasdesign reserves the right to refuse to offer a refund, return the Products to you and to claim the cost of such return postage from you.

Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds because you just do not like the canvas or the size is not what you expected. We will manufacture your canvas print with the photo YOU supply and will position it exactly as you do when you click the BUY button on the ordering system. In all cases we will assume that the photo you have uploaded is the photo you require printing. in some circumstances we will contact you and inform you that there is a problem with your photo and ask you to send a replacement.

Summary

1. We cannot offer refunds due to you the customer ordering the wrong size product or simply because you do not like it.

2. We cannot offer refunds due to you the customer uploading an inferiior quality photo / file for printing. We will always print the fileyou supply.
